I decided against a rental car for a weekend trip to Atlanta, and after trying to make an email reservation with another airport shuttle service (they never got back to me other than sending an automated reply to my web reservation request; and then when I tried to call to confirm my ride, the woman told me she would check her computer and call me back in a few minutes! Which she didn't do!) I called John at Atlanta Airport Transportation Services only 6 hours before our flight was due to land-he personally made quick arrangements to meet us, take us to our hotel and be sure we were picked up Sunday with plenty of time to spare.AND he made us laugh. Highly recommend this service!
