On-Time Service Guarantee

If for any reason¹ our drivers are late for your pick-up you will receive a 25% discount on your quoted fare. We will pay your plane-change fee if we cause you to miss your flight.

¹Guarantee applies only to original reservation and does not apply if any changes to the original reservation have been made. Address of pickup location must be accurate. Guarantee is voided if the type of vehicle requested does not accurately reflect the type of vehicle actually required.

Flight Delays

In the event your Flight is delayed because of inclimate weather or mechanical problems by the airline, you will not be charged for any waiting time for the first hour if you contact our dispatch office and notify us promptly.

If you are required to change planes due to delays because of inclimate weather or mechanical problems you will not incur any additional charges unless the driver is required to wait more than one hour or the dispatch office is not notified within the 1st hour of your flight's delay.

Waiting time is charged at rate of 50.00 per hour.

If your flight is delayed for up to 1.5 hours you will incur half of the hourly charge for waiting time ($ 25.00) .

Additional waiting time will be charged in half-hour increments of $25.00 for any waiting time over 1 hours .

You may elect to cancel your Atlanta Airport Transportation reservation for a $ 70.00 cancellation fee . However you will be given a credit for that amount which will be held for up to one year to be used from the date of booking. After such time all monies will be forfeited .

Cancellations

If your reservation for airport transportation is made with more than 72 hours before the time of your arrival, departure or pickup, you may cancel your reservation with out giving proper notice (proper notice is 72 Hours) but you will be charged the full amount / entire cost of your reservation. However you will be given a credit for that amount which will be held for up to one year. After such time all monies will be forfeited.

If your reservation/cancellation was made within 8-23 hours or less before the time of your arrival, departure or pickup you will be charged a $ 70.00 cancellation fee. If your reservation/cancellation is made within 24-36 hours, a 24-hour notice of cancellation is needed in order to receive a refund. Failure to give proper notice will result in your credit card being charged the full amount / entire cost of your reservation. However you will be given a credit for that amount which will be held for up to one year to be used from the date of booking. After such time all monies will be forfeited.

No Shows:
If for any reason you are a no-show, your credit card will be charged the entire amount of your reservation.

International flights:

In the event you flight is delayed coming from Europe or Asia, Atlanta Airport Transportation must be contacted as soon as possible. If notification is received in a timely manner, we will re-schedule your pickup for an exact time once that has been determined. Failure to notify the dispatch office will result in your credit card being charged $ 50.00 per hour for waiting time.

Atlanta Airport Transportation allows one hour for customs clearance. Your driver will be there one hour after you land. If the time required to clear customs is more that one hour, you will be charged $ 25.00 in half hour increments for waiting time.
